INTERIOR PLAN

The rooms are decorated so that they are similar to those in which the fate of Upper Silesia was decided upon. The visitors can see some elements of the German Reichstag’s lobby and the Hall of Mirrors of the Palace of Versailles. Moreover, on the walls there are charts with dates concerning the presented facts.
The decoration (First Uprising) is to remind of a common insurgent’s flat in Świętochłowice. We can see a typical Silesian kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. In the hall there are also big charts with relevant information.
The room (Second Uprising) shows a street in Bytom just opposite the Lomnitz Hotel. Along the paved street there are walls and the entrance to the printing house. In the hall there are also big charts with relevant information
The room is decorated as a classroom that was changed for the purposes of the Plebiscite.
